ONE-TIME SERVING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE CHRISTMAS SEASON

VOLUNTEER AT THE SIDEWALK PROPHETS CONCERT (DEC. 7 or 8):
Runners - Transport the band (can be done in shifts) between 8:45 AM and 1:00 AM
Ticketing - Three volunteers needed each day from 3:45 PM to 7:00 PM
Merchandise - Four volunteers needed each day from 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Security - Two volunteers needed each day from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Ushers/Greeters - Four volunteers needed each day from 5:15 PM to 8:00 PM


CHRISTMAS SERVICES (Edwardsville Dec 17 or 18, Vandalia Dec 18)

• Christmas Decorating - From Nov. 21 through Dec. 3, this team will help decorate church for Christmas.
• Christmas Snacks Station - This team will help provide Christmas treats to attenders before and after one of the three Christmas services
• Christmas Drinks Station - This team will help provide drinks to attenders before and after one of the three Christmas services.
• Retro Living Room Photo Booth - This team will play a vital role in creating memories by organizing queues and taking photos in the photo booth area before and after one of the three Christmas services.
• Barrel Train & Hayride - This team will organize queues and help children board the rides that will bring them from the parking lot to the front doors of the church before and after one of the three Christmas services.
